In addition to their Splatoon 2 headset releasing alongside the game this July, HORI has a second accessory in their pipeline for next month. Behold the HORI Air Stereo Gaming Headset. It’s confirmed to hit the stores in Japan for the price of ¥3,542, and its black and sharp-edged design is a little more “hardcore” oriented than the Splatoon 2 headset.
However, the gaming accessory manufacturer is making the same mistake of including a lengthy 3-cables setup to be able to hear and use the in-game voice chat through Nintendo’s mobile application. In other words, it’s just the same kind of headset as the Splatoon 2 version, but with a different skin.
In other news, HORI also has in its upcoming catalogue an arcade stick – the Real Arcade Pro.V HAYABUSA – that’ll do nicely for fighting games like Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers.
