Taiko no Tatsujin Yellow Version adds Zelda and Kirby collaboration content
Taiko no Tatsujin might be one of the most wanted rhythm game series for localisation outside Japan. Out of the dozen arcade machines and eight games released during the last 15 years, only one version made it outside Japan (the first game, in 2004). And while we’ve only been able to train our Taiko drum mastering level through import since then, Bandai Namco is finally bringing the franchise back in the west with the upcoming “Taiko Drum Master” on Nintendo Switch. But today is not about that. Today, we warm up with some news on the latest arcade game, called Taiko no Tatsujin: Yellow Version.
Bandai Namco updated the game with new content featuring the renowned Nintendo franchises Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Kirby. Two new medley songs have been added along with new Link, Meta Knight and Kirby costumes for those who use a Banapassport Card. So if you happen to go in Japanese arcades, be sure to try out these new so-kawaï content!
