Next Kirby on 3DS will be an action-fighting game

Here's the first bits of infos we've got on the next Kirby

Last week’s Nintendo Direct was filled with tons of announcements and updates on the upcoming Nintendo 3DS games, and among all those BigN revealed three upcoming Kirby games to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of our beloved pink ball. We already have the name and first infos on two of those – Team Kirby Clash Deluxe & Kirby’s Blowout Blast – but the third one is still a mystery. Today, we’ve got a little more news, it’s not much but still.

A Miiverse post coming directly from HAL Lab’s Satoshi Ishida revealed that the upcoming Kirby game on Nintendo 3DS this Winter will be an “action-fighting” type. And that’s it. Yep, not much like we said but it is still interesting to know what kind of experience Kirby and his friends will offer.

As for upcoming games, we’re going to let Kirby loose in a 3D world this summer in Kirby’s Blowout Blast, and we’re also planning an action fighting game for next winter. There are going to be lots of games to celebrate Kirby’s 25th anniversary, so I hope you’re excited!
