The Disney Afternoon Collection could come to the Switch

Just let Capcom know that you want them.

Thanks to the huge success of Duck Tales Remastered, Capcom is well aware that Disney fans (and pretty much everyone who ever got to play one of the “Disney Afternoon” series of games when they were young) can’t get enough of the NES games based on the DuckTales, Chip ‘n Dale, TaleSpin and Darkwing cartoons.

That’s why they’ve decided to bring back 6 of the finest licensed 2D platformers remastered for full 1080p compatibility in The Disney Afternoon Collection ($19.99, April 18th): Darkwing Duck, TaleSpin, DuckTales, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, DuckTales 2, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers 2. Unfortunately, it’s not slated for the Switch.

However, publisher Digital Eclipse has awaken a spark of hope. When asked on Twitter by a fan if there’s a chance The Disney Afternoon Collection would ever come to Nintendo Switch, they simply answered “There’s always a chance. Let Capcom know you want it“. In other words, it’s only up to all of us to let Capcom know that they could make big bucks if they decide to add the game to the Switch library. And it’s in good way, all the fans are flooding Capcom’s networks right now.
